Latasha Wager,
Lactation Consultant,
(IBCLC, CLC)
About Me
As a resident in the City of Maricopa for over 15 years, I have seen firsthand the need and demand for postpartum care, especially lactation. Breastfeeding my own two children, I immediately saw a gap in accessibility to breastfeeding support. At that moment, I knew future families in my community could experience the same need. I set my goal to become an IBCLC, the gold standard for lactation care. Since achieving this goal, I am proud to bring not only evidence-based education but also personal experience to families in my community.
My Approach
Providing lactation care that focuses on supporting and managing breastfeeding and chest feeding. Encompassing guidance for nursing parents, addressing challenges and ensuring optimal feeding for the baby. Guiding families during one of their most sensitive times, I provide lactation care that focuses on managing breastfeeding families.
